•Custodian identification and document collection strategies •Day-to-day attendance tracking / HR management •Dissemination of instructions, expectations and requirements •QC & Audit Review
•Processing, loading and hosting methods & issues; selection of review tools
•Identification of key terms & issues; development of document organization strategies, tags, queries and production criteria
•Training
•Definition of workflow
•Facilities management
•Coordination of services received from third party suppliers
•Work assignments, progress tracking & workflow monitoring
•Provision of regular and timely progress reports to the client and/or inside counsel, outside counsel and other service providers
•Preparation of staffing recommendations to ensure review is completed on time
•Assessment of reviewer productivity
•Budgeting, forecasting and financial reports
